Announcement (Tokyo Office Closure)

Muroran Institute of Technology Tokyo Office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) was established in April 27 as a base for supporting the activities of our university's staff and students in the Kanto region, liaison and coordination related to the promotion of joint research, commissioned research, and other industry-academia-government-funding collaborations in the Kanto region, and public relations activities.

However, in light of the decline in the demand for Tokyo Office due to changes in the social structure such as rapid digitalization and DX triggered by the Corona disaster, we have decided to close it on March 31, Reiwa 8 after repeated considerations.

Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our online information dissemination and support activities in the Kanto region. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all those involved for their understanding and cooperation over the years.
