Muroran Institute of Technology In Dong Mianxiong Vice President as the overall business manager「Starting this fiscal year, we will launch the 'Cross-disciplinary Fusion PhD Talent Development Support Project' to drive next-generation innovation. We select outstanding students from Doctoral Course and provide living and research expenses during their studies, as well as provide financial support to support their research and self-development, as well as support for diverse career paths. Through this, we aim to foster interdisciplinary human resource development that integrates top-level computer science with various scientific and technological fields such as architecture, civil engineering, mechanical aviation, electrical and electronics, physics, chemistry, and biology, as well as to acquire practical skills through long-term "warrior training" internships in collaboration with industry. We nurture interdisciplinary talent necessary for next-generation Innovation PhDs who can thrive across diverse career paths.
